QuietHerd (referred to as "the Game") is developed and operated by an independent developer (referred to as "we" or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Game handles information when you use it.

The Game does not require an account and does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or remote configuration services.
Your game progress, completion records, tutorial status, and preferences are stored only on your device. The Game does not upload this information to us and does not use iCloud to synchronize it across devices.
Local game data remains on your device until you reset it from within the Game or uninstall the Game.
The Game does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It does not share gameplay data with advertising platforms, data brokers, or analytics providers.
The Game does not contain in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid unlocks, or third-party advertising. We do not request, process, or store payment information.

Because we do not collect or receive your data, we do not retain personal data on our servers. You can delete all locally stored game progress, results, preferences, and tutorial status at any time by opening Settings → Reset All Local Progress in the Game. Uninstalling the Game also removes its locally stored data from your device.
